Complete removal and new build of 1,800 square foot deck utilizing Ipe hardwood decking and ultra batten metal skirting for lower perimeter of the deck. The large custom built pergola shades the table and grilling area. Steel posts and beam midspan allow for usable space underneath the center of the pergola without any obstructions.

New copper metal roof, and on the inside Brazilian walnut wood flooring.

Complete rebuild of addition on 100-year-old cabin, with cedar shake dormer, bat-and-board exterior, soffit and fascia stained to match logs. Roof reframed to add spray foam insulation and finished with standing-seam metal roof.

Multi-level, wrap-around deck featuring metal railing, stair treads and accents, and dark composite decking to create the perfect outdoor space for a home nestled in the aspens.
